This fine watering hole was built in Waterford, Ireland in the style of 1890s Dublin pubs, and it was brought over to Minneapolis in 2002 and reconstructed. The only Guinness IPC pub in Minnesota also features good food and occasional live music. A great place to meet and converse! - sys, 10/01/2002

Keegan's Irish Pub and Restaurant Announces FREE Fourth of July Entertainment Festivities! Music, food and fireworks-watching on the 4th make this Irish pub the Twin Cities' most American destination. Twin Cities residents looking for the best place to ring in the Fourth of July will be flocking to Keegan's Irish Pub and Restaurant for the most American celebration in town. In addition to providing an ideal place view the popular Minneapolis fireworks show, Keegan's will be hosting live outdoor music for no cover charge. Festivities: 11 a.m. Pub opens (including a large tent behind the building), 11 a.m.-close Keegan's offers good 'ol American hot dogs and BBQ burgers, 5-7 p.m. Molly Mahr and the Disbelievers perform free of charge, 8-10 p.m. Test Site 67 performs free of charge,
