Detail for Milwaukee Coach & Carriage : Carriage Rides
[an error occurred while processing this directive]
Carriage rides begin at the Wyndam Hotel; 1/2 hour or 1 hours rides available; operates all year round. - sys, 01/03/2004
Carriage rides begin at the Wyndam Hotel, located at Water and Kilbourne. We are no longer starting at the Hyatt Hotel. - Milwaukee Coach & Carriage, 12/13/2003
Shamrock Coarch & Carriage was purchased from the old owner in September. The new name is Milwaukee Coach & Carriage. We are in the process of getting more carriages out on the streets, as one of the previous reviewers mentioned (only 1 carriage). I wasn't there to witness what the driver was doing (previous review), however at times we do have to 'tap' the horses to have them move faster, if need be. I have also been to other cities and can say that we don't nickle and dime people to death on prices. Ours is a one flat fee. - Milwaukee Coach & Carriage, 09/26/2003
I loved the Carriage ride. I proposed to my wife in one back in 1998. It was the most romantic ever! - Aaron, 02/03/2003
Sorry to say,we saw only 1 carriage in Milwaukee, they are not so readily available, like other cities for tourists, and seem much more expensive, then other cities too. Also, when we saw the driver in motion,he was whipping a nice spotted horse, for no apparent reason.Glad we didn't go!!!! Take a ride in the Dells, lost canyons, far better! - anonymous, 07/19/2002
