Populist at heart, I share with you the secret of the Watermark. Chef Mark Weber's Watermark is a culinary secret of the first order. As I travel around the US for business and personal reasons I eat at seafood and fine restaurants around the country, and I'm here to tell you that the Watermark stands up to the best of them. Not only is the seafood so fresh that you'll forget you're in the Mid-West, but the recipies and their execution are top notch, profoundly satisfying and novel at the same time.
