The food may be authentic and good, and that is why I have been eating at this place. However, after last time, I will never go back. The server was not very friendly to begin with when he sat us at a corner table. I was joined by my daughter, her friend and her mother. (4 year old girls). I had to track him down to take our order and he acted annoyed that we wanted to order our food. After waiting patiently for over 35 minutes, I asked him for a bowl or rice and he refused to bring it out. He insisted that the food was coming. I got upset and asked him again to please bring out the rice so our kids can eat first. I told him that their service was consistently slow and I was not happy that it was taking so long. He said that since I had been here before I should know that his restaurant takes times for their food. Instead of trying to be cooperative and helpful, he was rude and arrogant. The food came out and we ended up eating there but I really should have left. It was a very upsetting and unforgivable experience and I wish they would treat their customers with families with more respect! - Schang, 03/27/2009
