I loved this weird, if not cool place.. but not for the pizza. It was like I was transported back to 1960s Milwaukee in a time machine. Everything, from the family dominated staff to the quaint red and white checkered decor, to the overboard holiday decorations and the oodles of Jesus paintings on the wall... screams old school Milwaukee. The pizza was genuine Milwaukee style, baked and served on the cookie sheet and hanging over the edges. The Italian sausage was slightly chewy in spots, but the edges of their buttery cracker crust was near perfection. I got bad gas from this joint though.
