The pasta bar here is fabulous, especially the seafood selection. Fresh scallops, shrimp and clam start out raw and are cooked to perfection. The Alfredo is a little lighter than usual, but that's what makes it so appealing. You don't get that over full feeling that you sometimes have with an Alfredo sauce.
