Il Mito has fast become my favorite restaurant. The ambiance is that of a trendy yet casual neighborhood Italian joint. The food has been superb on every occasion. The wine list is not exhaustive but holds many gems. The service has been of the highest level. The wait staff soon learn your name and favorites. I rarely have to ask for anything. Michael Feker, the owner, is always excited to see you and quick with a joke or story. A storied regular, Angelo, stops in frequently to favor the crowd with an operatic solo or two. The workspace/classroom next door is an intimate space that is used frequently for parties but also serves as a stage for Michael to share his culinary expertise with small groups in class form. He makes you comfortable in his tutelage, questions are always welcomed. A nicer guy you will not find in the restaurant business. In short, I recommend Il Mito without reservation....but not without reservations. Although they can sometimes slip you in. - norm, 06/03/2010
