Went for my birthday expecting all of the bells and whistles of a 'fine dining' establishment. the service was so bad we left. we were seated for our 6:30 reservation at 6:40, so far so good. at 7:10 we had not seen a server or menus. i asked several servers prior to our departure at 7:10 if we could get some help and were told we would get menus after the 'fresh fish' cart was brought out. never saw the cart, never saw the menus. i think it is time they do an upgrade on their service levels. this is the same poor service i had several years ago. the worst part is i choose grenadier's over 'sanfords' what was i thinking!!!!!!!! - DISAPPOINTED, 05/09/2003
