I just eat there recently, I think they have a new chef. The food was incredibly flavorful. The portions exceeded anything I would have expected for fine dining. I recently had dinner at the Dream Dance and thought it was by far one of the best experiences of my life. The details were perfect. The staff was friendly and professional. They were not Snobish. Although the prices seemed high it was well worth the large portions and excellent presentation. There is nothing like it in Milwaukee. This is something you should not miss! - Chris, 05/21/2003

Overpriced; mediocre service; the wait staff is not too knowledgeable about the menu; the wines are overpriced even by San Francisco restaurant prices. The food was way oversalted and they have easily destroyed expensive food by poor preparation. You can do better in downtown Milwaukee.
