Cool Water is a place to go for sports, bar fare and a great atmosphere! Definitely a hidden modern gem in a older neighborhood, this place blends a modern feel (exposed "Library" and "cream city" brick, contemporary feel) with the food and location of a classic. The fish fry recipe was passed on from the former restaurant housed in the building and the place was completely redone. Before the refurbishing the fish fry would bring up to 700 people from the neighborhood and won numerous awards. My personal favorite is the pulled pork sandwich that comes with onion rings on the sandwich and their famous fries. - norm, 04/29/2010
