If my time in Europe has taught me anything, it's that Belgian beers are awesome! Not only do many of the import beers taste great but they have a higher alcohol content then most domestic beers too! Cafe Hollander had the great idea of bringing some of the best beers in the world to one of the biggest beer cities in the United States. In addition to the beer selection, Cafe Hollander's menu has a lot of enticing food options. I had the sausage and mashed potato dish and found it to be a little bland. The description sound oh so good but the end product was mediocre. On the other hand, the sweet potato fries kicked ass! So many of the other options on the menu sound so good that I can't resist going back again for bite to eat and a pint! - norm, 03/24/2010
