Brocach Irish Pub Milwaukee is the second venture of Don Gautreau, Andrew Drobac and Cliff Macdonald, the first Brocach being opened in Madison in 2004. Brocach Milwaukee opened to great reviews on December 3rd and has been drawing a steady crowd ever since. The menu - created by executive chef Andrew Drobac - is excellent, boasting the expected Irish specialties such as Fish and Chips and Irish Stew, as well as such contemporary fare such as pan seared grouper , vegetarian (or vegan) Shepard's pie and apple brined pork chop. Don't forget to also check out the delicious desserts - especially the sugar donut drizzled with locally raised honey, which is to die for! I highly recommend Brocach for a great place to get a hearty meal, a taste of one of the best scotch and Irish whiskey selections in the state, or the coldest pint of Guiness you could ask for. I've become somewhat of a regular at the place and I just can't get enough. The craic (Irish for the fun and enjoyment of the
