Calling the up & Under can be scary. Some of the women that answer the phones led me to the conclusion that I would never go in the up & Under because the employee's that answer the phones can be mighty rude. The owner should remind them that they never know just who is on the other end of a phone call. Could be losing the club a lot of money!
