We stopped into the Fat Abbey while up in Milwaukee for Summerfest. In the land of Miller Lite - this was a welcome oasis for us beer snobs out there. Great belgian beer selection on tap and the the menu was very creative and varied. We had the Tandoori wings which were phenomenal and a created our own pizza. I docked it 1 star only because they didn't have any duck on the menu - which I always look for when in a Belgian beer bar. The service was great and the outdoor dining area spacious and I know where we will be heading to first next time we are in Milwaukee. - norm, 12/14/2009
