JUST LIKE IN THIS PICTURE YOUR VALET FOR REG. CUSTOMERS IS ALWAYS FULL. WE NEVER SEE ANYONE IN THE VIP! EVEN AT 7:00 A.M. I HAVE SEEN THE CARS LINED UP OUT TO THE ROAD AND NO WORKERS MOVING THE CARS TO LET OTHERS GET IN. I SEE THEM STANDING AROUND AND TALKING. YOU'S NEED A BETTER SYSTEM THAT THE GUYS TAKE THE CAR AND IF SOMEONE IS WAITING FOR THEIR CAR, HE BRINGS THAT ONE BACK, I HAVE SEEN GUYS TAKE CARS AND PARK THEM AND WALK ALL THE WAY BACK WHILE AT LEAST 4 PEOPLE ARE WAITING FOR THEIR VEHICLES. WHY CANT THEY TAKE THE KEYS WITH THEM AND BRING THE CAR BACK WITH THEM? I WOULDNT COMPLAIN BUT AFTER SO MANY TIMES OF NOT BEING ABLE TO VALET EARLY IN THE MORNING IT STARTS TO GET ANNOYING, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE VIP VALET IS EMPTY AND IT SEEMS LIKE HARDLY ANYONE USES THAT ENTRANCE. IS IT THAT HARD

I have never been to a place of business and observed so much attitude in my life. I spent plenty of money at this casino and am a very considerate and nice gambler. The pit bosses and most of the dealers need to get a clue. I will never go back to this place and will highly discourage any one that I know from going there. By the way, I have no problem losing money at a casino. I just don't appreciate having to deal with people that are cocky and rude. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! Go to Windsor, better yet, go to Vegas where they have professionals working. - jkatrina, 07/14/2002
