This is my favorite Rest in Greek Town. When I lived in MI i would eat there about once a month, now it is one place I have to eat before I think about flying back to the beach. Not only is the food (roasted potatoes, peas, lamb, spinach pies, chicken kabobs, etc..) the greatest, but Jimmy always gives the best service and the wait staff is always friendly and on top of things! We were a party of seven. Our cold appetizers arrived, followed 20 minutes later by the 'hot' appetizers, which were ice cold! We were told by our server, who for most of the evening was unattentive, that it was the kitchens fault. The Spanakotyropitak was cold,



dry and tasteless. The Sageki was good. The fried cheesesticks were cold. Our entree's eventually arrived about 40 minutes later - sauces splattered all over the plates. The Veal Lemonato was good, but the Leg of Lamb and Moussaka were way, way below par. The Shish-Kebob that came with the Gyro combo had two small pieces of meat on it. When we complained to one of the managers, his respone was 'you can see we are very busy'. To sum up, it was one of the worst restaurant meals we have ever had!! - mr.crow, 12/29/2003
