Not just because it's a dead ringer for the Marcellus Wallace bar in Pulp Fiction, Kiernan's is a favorite because they know what makes up a hearty meal - most notably, beef. Attention to detail goes hand-in-hand with the comfortable atmosphere, but never outshining the menu. The filet was perpared almost perfectly and the service was pleasantly understated.
