The Holly Hotel is warm, romantic, and welcoming. The food is outstanding...the wine list is very affordable...the service is exceptional!. The cuisine is unique and vegetarians are not just accomodated but celebrated. Having eaten a great restaurants throughout the world...I still enjoy this small town treasure. I made reservations for Valentines Day at the Holly Hotel,....The little details made our night memorable...the moment we walked into the charming Victorian building, we were welcomed warmly and seated at romantic candle lit table, with fresh roses at a linen covered table. In moments a waiter was there to serve. We both orderd the 8 course degastation meal, and each course was a delight. Our waiter suggested a great wine (which by the way was only $18.00) Every seat in the restaurant was filled, but romance and elegance filled the room. I will certainly return soon.
