For over a decade and a half, this annual event will take place at The Palace. This year will feature genuine Texas Longhorns, which weigh over 1,000 pounds and have a horn spread of up to 6 feet wide. Well over 200 professional cowboys and cowgirls from all over will compete in events such as steer wrestling, calf roping, and bareback and saddle riding. Shows begin at 8 pm Fri-Sat, 2 pm Sun; tickets range from $14-$20 with group rates available. - Alotta, 02/11/2004
