Went to bar after the Auto Show last night after much encourgement from the driver of the shuttle bus and could not get waited on after 20 minutes. Do you want to experience vintage Detroit? This bar is located on the southern edge of Greektown -- 1 block from the Greektown Casino. They serve decent food (especially their Chicken Caesar Salad) and they have all the standard alcoholic beverages you'd find in any normal bar/tavern setting. The maximum capacity for visitors is about 100 people, which happens often during Red Wing season. This location has a bus to all downtown sporting events for all sport seasons. There is also a people mover station (Bricktown station), which loops the city and reaches all the major downtown locales. Its very busy during lunchtime



in the workweek due to proximity to BC/BS. The Detroiter Bar is also located close to St. Andrews Hall / The Shelter concert venues, as well as the nightclub called Space (formerly Legends). Do not show up dressed to the nines! There is a fragrance in the air of what my crew calls 'Detroiter Cologne'. What this means is the odor of 10,000,000 cooked meals is still in the air and embedded into the wood of the floors, chairs, tables, bar stools, bar, support beams and the ceiling.
