Yen Yen is the best...I grew up in Buffalo Grove and have always loved the food and atmosphere...I live a half hour away and have alyays arrived home with hot food...If you live five minutes away and it is cold, you should have checked the bottom of the bag moron. - RJC, 06/25/2008

I ordered take-out from this restaurant at 6PM on a Friday night for pick-up at 6:30 or a little later. I arrived just shortly after 6:30. By the time I got the order home, it was cold--it took me about 5 minutes to get home. I have ordered from the Buffalo Grove location, which is about 10 minutes from my home, and the food was still hot when I arrived at home. It is my suspicion that this order was prepared immediately after I placed the order and left to sit until my arrival even though I specified I would pick it up at 6:30 or a little after. - ppnovy@mediaone.net, 09/08/2001
