My first experience at Villa Rosa was a happy accident. My boyfriend and I (both from Michigan) were looking for an apartment in the area for him. We decided we were starving and needed lunch. We decided to get pizza from Villa Rosa. We were very impressed with the food and have been back many times since. Whenever we have family and friends come to stay we always take them with us to Villa Rosa. The food is always good and the atmosphere is a cozy family restaurant. - Mindy, 09/10/2006
overall, the food was delicious. i really enjoyed the waitress named Abby; she was very helpful and by far the best waitress i've ever met. i just had to give her a large tip. however, the manager of the restaurant seemed to be rather overbearing and treated his employees like shit. i also did not appreciate the smoke-filled restaurant, and i thought i saw him slip a drink of hard alcohol. i also realized that his younger employees seemed to be the ones who served the alcohol. my overall impression of Villa Rosa was a slummy restaurant with excellent food. - Charlie Haley, 01/08/2004
