I live in Lake Zurich. Rare treat, but Sylviano's served the best gorgonzola salad dressing we ever had. Their chef would not part with the recipe but I couldn't blame them. PS. Someone I know who lives near Oak Brook told me today Sylviano's was replaced by another European restaurant at this location. Do you know if they moved? - D. Peterson, 04/25/2003
