This restaurant in the popular west suburban sushi conglomerate has something for sushi lovers and cooked food lovers alike. Reserve a private tearoom or sit in the dining room for spider rolls, spicy tuna rolls, and deep-fried Chicago fire rolls. Entrees include rock scallops smothered with garlic-red pepper sauce and surrounded with carrots. Bananas Foster with vanilla ice cream makes a sweet ending to a delicious meal. - Alotta, 09/26/2003

Ate at Sushi House tonight. What a disappointment. The service was terrible: my friend asked for silverware and finally had to leave the table and walk up to service area to get it. Took a long time to get check, then had to carry credit card and bill to service area to get any attention. The tea was awful, literally nothing more than a cup of warm water. I am a sushi eater, but my friend is not and ordered the steak teriyaki. It was tough, and accompanied by cold vegetables (unseasoned mashed sweet potato served cold -- UGH!). The sushi was OK, but nothing exceptional. The maki was largely Americanized. Would not go back to this restaurant. - kathy, 04/29/2007
