Sher-E-Punjab has excellent food in terms of quality and variety. It basically offers north Indian style food, dishes that originate from northern parts of India. The preparations are mildly spicy to suit the taste buds of folks in the US, although it is common in India to make the preparations much more spicy than that. The buffet has excellent variety and I really liked the choices offered in sweet-dishes - my favourite is the Gulab Jamun, which looks like a sweet meat ball, but is a pure vegetarian preparation. - Abhijit, 03/31/2004
