I've lived in the area for 50 years. I like a lot of different pizza places, but I usually order from Rosati's in Rolling Meadows. In the past 8 years or so I have never been disappointed. I really like the pizza because it tastes so great. Good sauce and fresh ingredients. Great FRESH salads too. It always arrives hot, and pretty much when they say it will arrive. Prices are competitive but the taste beats Papa John's, pizza hut and Ceasar's by a mile, and I am pretty picky. The Rolling Meadows Rosati's consistently provides the worst customer service I have ever seen and we will no longer be ordering from them. Our orders are frequently delivered wrong, and their manger tells us each time we "need to learn how to order". The way he spoke to my mother and girlfriend was totally disgusting and treated them like they were children, and and offered to resolution to our constantly wrong orders. STAY AWAY. Rolling Meadows has many other more deserving pizza places including Ginos East and Jakes Pizza. - Blue, 01/08/2008
