If you want to go where the 'natives' eat, then Renga Tei is the place to be. This is the best Japanese food in Chicago bar none. I live in the Gold Coast and most of the so-called sushi restaurants around here are in it for the quick buck, offering way over-priced items. Renga Tei offers quality food at a reasonable price.
