This fine dining restaurant is the vision of Chef Sean Roe who has worked as part of Emeril Lagasse's ventures. Lightly seasoned yet flavorful starters include a roasted pepper, arugula, and canellini salad topped with warm goat cheese. Entrees include a pecan-encrusted pork chop served with sweet potato hash. We have had nothing but great experiences at Montage. It is elegant and the food is great. The servers are knowledgable about the menu and the wines. The apple pancake dessert is incredible! Once inside you would never guess you were in a strip mall. - ar, 04/08/2004
