I wrote this message elsewhere but I wanted to make sure it was recieved. We had a wonderful dining experince at your Glenview location in July. We had been sitting outside on a lovely evening having been served our drinks, appetizers and salads. Our server, Brian, was very attentive. Our main dishes were taking some time to come out. Brian apologized for the delay and said he expected them out shortly. Still after more of a delay, he returned explaining they were having a problem in the kitchen and that our meals which would be out soon would be 'taken care of'. Our meals arrived and they were delicious! When the bill arrived, we expected that our drinks or desserts would be 'taken care of'. However, we were taken aback by the fact that the entire bill was 'taken care of'. Having been in the food service business, we were all very impressed by how the evening was handled!
