Went to your Irving Park location Easter Sunday. 1)Your parking lot is a shambles and unattended, with broken glass all over. 2)No coffee cups on table 3)Food was not hot 4) you had 1 Italian offering 5)Lamb tasted rancid 6) Waitress staff was incompetent (We had to ask for coffee,then wait and ask for it again). 7)your food and service is terribly overpriced for,if nothing else, all these reasons. We, a party of approximately 12 have been long time customers, especially on Easter. I doubt we will ever come back. Too bad, you used to be much, much better. - richardcrane&att.net, 04/12/2009
