On 9/27/05 at 8PM, took us ten minutes to be seated. After 15 minutes of waiting, our very kind, flustered waitress came to take a drink order, but refused to take our dinner order. Ten minutes and she brought the drinks, then took the dinner order. Twenty minutes later, when we got it, at least the salad was warm... I cut my lip on a chip in my beer stein, and was very polite about it. Upon my mention of it, the waitress replaced the beer, but still charged me for it. When I told her I didn't need the second beer, (I couldn't drink it), she waved my comment away and said, 'least we could do.' I couldn't agree more. A call to the manager when I got home from the $44 meal for two resulted in an offer to take the beer off my credit card. Nice gesture. - mdol1973, 10/05/2005
