This is an authentic Japanese restaurant and noodle shop. They have a small sushi bar of approximately 12 seats. There is a separate area with the low tables where you can sit on pillows and dine along with a section of regular tables. They have two menus, one in English and one in Japanese. We were told by the waitress that the Japanese menu has a couple of items that are not on the English menu but she did not point them out. The sushi menu is short (not alot of variety) but all of the fish was fresh and tasty. The cooked food is excellent and there is a good selection between broiled, deep-fried, and noodles. We have never been disappointed going here for dinner. Prices are reasonable. Expect to spend about $25.00/person. One downfall is that smoking is permitted even at the sushi bar. - sys, 03/15/2002
