Never again. Bad dining lunch experience at you location in Wheeling. Came into your store in wheeling and after looking at the menu,ordered a 1/2 order of onion rings. Changed my mind, after seeing that you ruben sandwich came with sauerkraut. I ordered this instead. What arrived was a sandwich with a 1/2 plate of french fries. I told the waiter that I did not want the fries, but the saukerkraut. He proceeded to the garbage can and emptied the fries into the garbage.( strange, and very upsetting in a world of starving people). This ruined the dining experience.After asking about the sauerkraut, he returns with a small dish of something out of a gallon can, and called it sauerkraut. It was not hot,the portion was small and poorly served. I did not look like what I imagined a portion of warm tasty sauerkraut should be. I had to ask for coffe and what arrived was a small cup, later charged $2.25. Poor service, wastfulness in front of the customer and bad food. Try serving the sandwich al-carte, and re-train the help. And serve hot suerkraut, not crap out of a gallon can,cold. - hreschke@sbcglobal.net, 02/28/2008
