I'm shocked that any patron to this restaurant would have been neglected like that. We have had nothing but wonderful service whenever we were there. Granted, some servers lack a personality, but overall, the food is good, the atmosphere is quaint, and diners truly look like they are enjoying themselves. One recommendation I would make is that the manager circulate thru the room more, recognizing regular patrons. - Another satisfied customer, 03/14/2007
Be careful. We heard that the food was very good. Only one problem............food never came. We waited over 40 min for our food. Both tables around us (which arrived after us) got their food (some of the same items). During this time we NEVER got a refill on our water, nor even asked if we wanted another drink, which by now were empty. When we asked about our food, the waiter said 'I'll check'. We waited about 10 more minutes, then got up to leave. When we got up to leave, and met the manager at the front door, he finally said that he was notifed of the problem and was working on it. We felt that the second he was notified of a problem, he should have come to the table and spoke with us, we should not have had to go to him. BAD SERVICE..........STAY AWAY!!! - CFFt57, 02/14/2007
