After reading both of these reviews and going to the restaurant myself several times in fact and meeting the owner, I can only come to the conclusion that the bad review must have been some where else in error, there is no way this place even came close to that negative review i eat out often and my job has taken me from far south east and west and north and by far this place has never let me down in service or quaility.... that bad review is obviously a jealous competitor..... Gails is by far THE BEST breakfast restaurant around! We go every weekend. I've never had a bad meal at Gails and would highly recommend it to anyone. It must be a good place to work too since most of the wait staff and cooks have been there ever since I can remember. - The Johnson family, 12/01/2006
I had the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant in my life. The waitress was rude, the food not prepared as I asked, I left very upset. I later called the establishment to ask for the owner and he was then again RUDE. I would think twice before going to 'Gail's Carriage Inn' If costumer service is the game they have forgotten how to play. - Unhappy Costumer, 06/16/2006
