Located on the onetime Glenview Naval Air Base, this restaurant features delicious food as well as thoughtful wine pairings and flights. Dishes include seafood tartar trio, with diced sea bass joined by cilantro and fresh corn, Asian-style tuna, and salmon marinated in a mixture of parsley and olive oil; and a Mediterranean platter of pepperoncini, hummus, and roasted red pepper salsa. Plans are underway for a more substantial entree selection.
