Officially open in February 2006, Entourage stands out from the herd because of the details...hardwood floors, cherry woodwork, glass accents, custom lighting, cushion-backed chairs, snow-melt cables under the sidewalk, table side valet service, a giant humidor featuring hand-picked cigars from around the world, a 2,000 bottle wine cellar and a private wine locker program. Entourage takes its food seriously. Executive chef Randy Waidner features classic American dishes with a twist, His hoisin-serrano chile calamari is succulent and tasty and his version of a spring roll is created moked chicken, andouille sausage resting on a red pepper emulsion. Artisnal sandwiches, steaks, chops, fish and pastas round out the hearty menu. Entourage also takes their cocktails seriously (befitting a facility that has a giant martini shaker built into the facade). One interesting feature is Entourage's frozen martini tap andle which dispenses a perfect 20-degree Grey Goose Martini each and every time. Unique specialty drinks are also on the menu.
