An attractive Arts and Crafts-like room paves the way for gorgeous views and fine seasonal cuisine prepared with naturally raised ingredients. Appetizers include quail ravioli paired with braised short ribs, and pan-roasted sea scallops accompanied by ruby red grapefruit. The arugula salad is adorned with goat cheese wrapped in bacon. Entrees include Amish chicken breast and grilled rack of lamb, served with the appropriate sides. Desserts include a cheese plate and chocolate-caramel cake served warm. - Alotta, 05/08/2005
