Cochon Sauvage means wild pig, and this place lives up to its name. Wall decorations in this bistro include a boar's head, a tutu-clad pig, and a pig with wings. Pig-sized portions available for hungry diners, starting with a steamed mussel platter, fresh salads. Recommended is the charcuterie plate of pork, terrine, dried sausage, and chicken-liver caramelized-apple mousse; and the daube de boeuf made with tips of tenderloin.
