I ust tried Chicago Pizza Authority in Oswego for the first time. It was the worst experience that I have ever had with any service provider! From the person who took my order to the delivery person - they were very rude and lacked customer service skills completely. When my $50 order arrived 30 minutes LATE, they forgot the $8.45 salad. I asked the delivery guy about it. He told me to call and let them know!! No apology or anything! After being treated rudely when I called, and still no apology, I had to wait an extra hour to get the salad -still NO APOLOGY! They actually acted like it was going to be a huge inconvenience for them to send it out, and I was just going to have to wait. The pizzas were cold and terrible. Italian beef was okay. The salad, Once it finallyl arrived, lacked the $2.50 chicken that was supposed to be added. And, due to the rudeness of the phone clerk and the delivery boy, I didn't trust it and I threw it straight into the garbage. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! I even paid full price and tipped the delivery boy!!!!!! - Kathy A., 01/04/2007
