The Blind Faith Cafe is my favorite restaurant! I truck on out from Libertyville, Illinois just to dine on their cuisine and sip their tasty tea. Way back when, my favorite menu item used to be the pecan scallopini (however they spell it). However, they don't make it anymore. I am so bummed! I love making meals out of their appetizers, espeically the pot stickers! - Janice, 06/07/2000

I have found the food at Blind Faith to be consistently good. My favorite item is the Seitan Fajitas. I also am impressed by the selection of breads and basked goods/deserts, particularly the vegan items.
