My husband and I were at your restaraunt yesterday. We ordered the large potato soup, but we never got it. At the end of the meal, I told the server. She apologized and blamed it on the amount of tables she had to cover. We understood, but we felt that we should have been compensated in some kind of way for our inconvenience, especially because we are regular customers who spend a lot of money (ordering appetizers, salads, drinks, maincourses, and dessert).
