Awful. The owner was extremely rude and obnoxious - to the point we would have left had we not had to pay before getting the food. Had we been given the overdone, overpriced pizza before paying, there is no way we would have wasted our hard-earned dollars this way. This pizza in not only inexpensive, but delicious to boot. If you like crunchy crust, gooey cheese, and sauce with just the right amount of spice, then you will enjoy this pizza. The Des Plaines location is one of the best Barnaby's to go to. Some days you can even watch the pizza guys making the crust by hand in the machine. Enjoy!! - Heather, 01/03/2002
