Festivities begin at 9 am with organized playground sports at various area schools. A parade steps off from Central Park and Central Street at 2 pm. Band performances take place along the Lakefront from 7:30 pm-9 pm. The fireworks display begins at approximately 9:15 pm. - Alotta, 05/27/2005
