Hang Outs is located along restaurant row in Wheeling. It has an north woods feel to it with lots of wood,antique stuff on the walls.A fireplace (with deer head over it) comfy chairs, a couple of pool tables and other games, they also have some "kick ass" wings along with other munchies. oh and peanuts in the shell! The manager said they will be bringing in live music soon. It's a pretty cool place. - David I., 09/17/2003
