Today September 18, 2002 I visited your restaurant with my sister and a friend for lunch. We arrived to the restautant at about 12:20pm. What appears to be the host seated us and got us glasses of water. Within 5 mins we were greeted by a waitress who took our order. We order the VIP sampler and a 10 piece of wings hot and cajun. From the look around the restaurant it didn't appear to be too busy however it took well over 20 mins for our food to be brought to the table. Let me inform you that we had to track down the waitress to ask what the wait was. The food arrive and at this time it is 12:52. It was terrible!!! The dip tasted like mayonise and the steak was not fully cooked. The shrimp smelled so bad that I thought that we had ordeded lobster. Upon trying to get the attention of a manager or waitress no one came over to the table. We got up and left. Upon departure we were flagged and chased down NOW by the manager asking if we were going to pay the bill. She was told no and upon making an attempt as to why she walked off stating that she was going to call the police and that she had taken down our plate #'s. I believe this to be very poor service from your establishment and I couldn't believe the lack of customer service displayed by someone who claims to be the management. - Tamika Brown, 09/18/2002
