After thumbing through a pile of menus two feet high, my friend and I picked out the Zig Zag menu. After ordering my food I was told it would take no longer then 30 minutes. After two hours and countless phone calls to the restaurant, I got a phone call from the delivery man. He ended up on the other side of Lincoln Park at the wrong address. I called the restaurant to cancel my order, and received no apology. I asked them to credit my credit card for the botched order and gave them the necessary information to do so. Sure enough two weeks later what appears on my bank statement? Yes, a charge from Zig Zag. Basically these guys are morons and thieves. Beware of the ZAG! - Ian, 05/08/2007
