This new restaurant has quickly established itself as one of the best places for Middle Eastern food in Lakeview. Staff is friendly and the food gets better with every visit as the chef perfects his style and speed. The name of the restaurant, Zad, simply means food in Arabic. Although the excessive signs and chaotic paintings on the window make this place look like a cheap fastfood joint, Zad is in fact a step below fine dining. - Ben C, 02/05/2007
