Windy City Wraps is an establishment with average quality. Their average status could be from the fact that they just opened and need to get the kinks out or that the wraps are truly average. One nice perk about Windy City Wraps - they offer breakfast wraps. A nice little break from the old bagel. Windy City Wraps also offers a few flavors of smoothies.
