Fresh food made daily from natural products includes non-dairy bread with whole-wheat flour and honey as main ingredients. Most items are vegan as well as vegetarian. Menu includes made-to-order sandwiches and tacos prepared with soybean meat substitutes and a choice of natural or soy cheese; most are in the $3-$4 range.
